Ideal lights for your product packshot


The system controls 6 independent light sources, each adjustable from 0 to 100%. The "Full Light Control" technology developed by ScanCube enables the lighting to be adapted to the characteristics of each product. The four direct lighting sources positioned in the corners at the front of the cabinet are made up of high-quality LED panels. The lighting system is completed by two backlit sources positioned at the rear and under the floor of the cabinet. This backlighting makes it possible to take beautiful product photos with a perfect white background and is used in the automatic clipping process.
White light, warm light, cold light, black background and photographic background colours complete the graphic palette of possibilities.

Mini photo studios and product packshots

The photo studios are made up of :
A structure that avoids angular points, unwanted reflections and shadows, made from aluminium profiles and technical aluminium honeycomb panels.
A wide front access without a permanent door to allow easy positioning of the products to be photographed and positioning of the camera at the desired angle and the distance required by the dimensions of the product, while avoiding a source of unsightly reflections.
Walls designed to diffuse or reflect light, with six adjustable light sources for optimised colour temperatures. The backlit studio floor is designed to withstand a load of 35 kg.
An upper compartment closed by a sliding hatch with a quick-fit system for installing exclusive accessories such as the Topshot, the adjustable vertical shooting support, the laser beam centring system and the nylon wire suspension system for creating a technical product packshot.

Power supply for our mini photo studios


ScanCube is supplied with a secure 24V DC power supply. Depending on the configuration, the power supply consists of one or two Meanwell 220V/24V 280W external power supplies (supplied with the lightbox). The packshot process lightbox is equipped with 4 24V sockets to power accessories or options such as the turntable.

360° photo turntable integrated into the mini photo studio

Controlled by the EasyScanCube software, the photo turntable can be used to create animations and 360-degree views of your product packshot. It has a total weight of 7kg and can support a load of 35kg. The turntable is different for each ScanCube, and its dimensions are adapted to the chosen photo studio. The turntable is powered by a 24V DC supply from the cabinet and is connected to the computer via a USB2 cable. Sequential rotation of the turntable is automated to synchronise it with the shot. The turntable can be used outside the housing, with an external power supply.

How do you choose your e-commerce mini photo studio?

There are a number of criteria to take into account when choosing the right model of roll cage to ensure you get quality photos. The ideal e-commerce photo studio depends on the type of product you want to photograph (in particular their dimensions), their colour, the frequency of shots, the space you have available and, of course, your budget.

The first criterion to take into account is the size of your photo studio. Scancube offers models in 4 different sizes - the choice of size depends on the size of the objects you are going to photograph. You need to leave at least 10 cm of free space on each side of the object. So to choose the right photo studio size, take your product with the largest dimension (either length or width) and add 10 cm.
